Video Conversion

Does anyone know how to convert videos to the cect P168. I've tried 3GP, AVI, and WMA. Everytime it says invalid format. Any help would be much apreciated thanks.

YEAH U MUST CONVERT TO VIDEO SIZE 176X144 .
