CECT P168

i just got this phone on ebay and already i'm having problems with it!! i can't get it to work on the web . The features on the phone is not like the one i checked out on the internet. i called my service provider to help through it and he told me to talk/email to IT in china how to get the proxy code to unlock on the internet.....funny thing is i never really had a problem with any of the phones i purchase. can somebody help me!!!!!!!! if not i'm serious i'm not going to advertise this phone and tell viewers that it is not worthed and switch over to a blackberry which i should of bought along time ago!!!! erghhhhhhhhhhhhh
