can not hear without speaker phone

my p168+ suddenly giving problem. i can not hear anything whwether i call or receive it, is the same. the other end can hear me. if i switch on the speaker phone i can hear. somebody please help.

Even I am facing the same issue. I don't know the fix but I know a work around.

Go to Engineering mode -> *#3646633#

Go to Audio

Select Set mode

Select "LoudSP Mode"

Press OK

Exit from Engg. mode

Now it will work fine.

In case if you face the problem after some time, repeat the same steps

Still no resolution for this? I'm having this problem too where are the mods?
