help with convert swf to avi problem ?

as i want to play flash animation with my phone, so i convert swf to avi format with an freeware found by google, but after the conversion i put the avi file to my phone it returns an error because of the format is not compatible, what's wrong? how can i do?

no one answered, but i've fixed that problem. It seems that CECT phone only accept avi file converted with mpeg4 encoder (avi is the video format and mpeg4 is the vdeo type), so i download a swf to avi converter which has such mpeg4 encoder, convert it, works out! well, if any of you has such problem, pay attention to the video type!
by the way the converter i'm using is swf2avi converter
