I have the cect 168c and I am trying to access my voicemail. I can dial the voicemail by holding don the #1 and then get back to the phone pad screen but even entering the pin number and hearing the tones go off for each number as entered my serivce (tmobile) still doesnt see I am entering my pin code. The messges keeps repeating please enter your pin number this it disconnects.
A work around would be to turn on the pn number to be entered when accessing my voicemail from my cell phone but I dont want to do that.
